Go-To-Market Associate

About the role

The Go‑To‑Market Associate will support Talenture Group’s expansion efforts by conducting market research, shaping GTM strategies, and driving early‑stage business development activities. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving startup environment focused on AI and enterprise software.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery interviews and gather market insights to inform product strategy.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of GTM initiatives, including positioning and messaging.
• Identify and evaluate potential market segments and target customers.
• Build and maintain target‑account and stakeholder databases.
• Assist with outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, partnerships, and events.
• Manage CRM records, sales pipeline data, and prepare performance reports.
• Create presentations, briefing notes, one‑pagers, and case studies for client and investor meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Social Sciences or related field.
• At least 1 year of post‑NYSC experience in GTM, strategy, consulting, business operations, sales operations, marketing or business development.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a startup setting.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, enterprise software, or emerging technologies.
