Global Graduate Program – Human Resources

About the role

The Global Graduate Program in Human Resources at Heineken is a three‑year development journey designed to fast‑track emerging talent into future HR leaders. Participants will rotate through three six‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in the Nigerian operating company and an international location before moving into a permanent management role.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR functions across talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement during each rotation.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects that drive HR strategy and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to implement change initiatives.
• Apply insights from the Heineken Way to improve people processes and culture.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources.
• Ambitious, open to new challenges and diverse experiences.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative.
• Willingness to relocate within Nigeria and abroad for assignments.
