About the role
The Personnel & Admin Manager will lead the personnel and administrative functions of University Press Plc, a historic publishing house founded in 1949. Based in Ibadan, Oyo State, the role is full‑time and reports to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day personnel operations, including recruitment, onboarding and staff records.
- Manage administrative services such as office facilities, documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure high standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality across all HR activities.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND (minimum Second Class Lower/Lower Credit).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
