About the role
The Fund Mobilization Officer will lead efforts to attract and manage deposits for the bank, building strong relationships with individual and corporate clients. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and focuses on driving growth through effective fund‑mobilization strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Source and mobilize deposits from individuals, corporate organisations and other client segments.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and business expansion.
- Promote the bank’s financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for deposit growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fund mobilisation, sales or relationship management within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, customer relationship management and financial services.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Business development and client‑relationship management skills.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from N450,000 to N500,000 per month.
