About the role
As the Front Desk & Admin Officer at Eden Oasis Realty, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, calls, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and orderliness.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Track and manage incoming and outgoing documents.
Required profile
- BSc/HND in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a front‑desk, customer service, or admin role.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Based in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lekki.
- Available to start immediately.
