French‑Speaking Care Officer (Remote)

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a proactive French‑speaking Care Officer to join its remote team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders in francophone markets, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and promoting the company’s health insurance and telemedicine services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in French while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Provide accurate information in French to prospective clients, guiding them to suitable health plans.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system.
• Support customer acquisition by engaging French‑speaking inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance products or use company services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
