Franchise Manager

About the role

The Franchise Manager will lead the expansion of Rekrut Consulting’s franchise network in Nigeria, driving growth through strategic planning, recruitment, and operational support. This senior‑level position reports to senior leadership and works closely with marketing, finance, and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the franchise footprint and achieve business targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees, guiding them in creating viable business plans.
• Design and deliver training programs that equip franchisees for operational excellence.
• Monitor franchise performance using KPIs, ensuring compliance with SOPs and franchise agreements.
• Analyse financial and operational data to guarantee profitability of each outlet.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch promotional initiatives that boost brand visibility and sales.
• Conduct competitive and market analyses to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Manage product stock levels across franchise locations and oversee timely replenishment.
• Ensure prompt processing of franchise rebates and proper maintenance of company assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or a similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of expanding franchise networks and meeting profitability goals.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with KPI monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
