About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team in Lagos. You will engage with customers, promote our fashion and FMCG products, and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers, understand their needs and provide accurate product information.
- Promote products and actively generate sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance.
- Maintain good relationships and handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Keep the sales area neat, organized, and presentable.
- Prepare sales reports and give feedback to management.
- Support promotional activities and other sales initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service.
- Confident, proactive, target‑driven and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Well‑presented, professional appearance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
