About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, driving revenue through proactive outreach and tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct sales calls to prospective clients.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals aligned with client needs.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Participate actively in sales team meetings and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
• Strong customer service orientation and proven sales ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and presentation capabilities.
• Effective negotiation and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Goal‑driven mindset with a focus on results.
