Finance Manager (Dedicated Client Services)

About the role

Box22 Consulting is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to serve as a dedicated Finance Manager for one of its client companies. You will lead the client’s finance function, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and the delivery of accurate information to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end finance operations for the client.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Nigerian tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses.
• Support business decisions through financial modelling and data‑driven insights.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and represent Box22 Consulting professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification – ICAN mandatory, ACCA an advantage.
• 5–10 years progressive finance experience, preferably in investment banking or advisory environments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax law, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle.
• Financial modelling and analytical problem‑solving.
• Understanding of IFRS and Nigerian tax regulations.
