Risk & Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Risk & Compliance Analyst will support MIM Finance Company by delivering insightful operational reports, managing compliance investigations and conducting credit risk analysis. You will work closely with leadership and team leads to ensure timely, accurate information for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver recurring operational and management reports with clear insights.
• Manage and improve compliance investigation workflows, including documentation and tracking.
• Ensure high‑priority matters are handled efficiently within established response times.
• Conduct credit risk and financial analysis to support portfolio monitoring and underwriting workflows.
• Prepare concise materials for leadership reviews and handle analytical requests from team leads.
• Identify manual processes and recommend or implement efficiency improvements to reduce errors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a risk, compliance, or financial analysis role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
• Experience using data‑analytics or visualization tools such as Metabase.
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing reporting or workflow processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Willingness to undergo standard professional background verifications.
