Finance Manager (Capital Budgeting & Treasury)

About the role

The Padana Services is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead investment decisions, financing strategies, and profit allocation for its agribusiness operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for optimizing capital budgeting, debt‑equity mix, and dividend policies to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Investing (Capital Budgeting): Evaluate long‑term projects, assets, and acquisitions to maximize return on investment.
• Financing: Determine the optimal mix of debt and equity to raise funds while minimizing cost and risk.
• Dividends & Profit Allocation: Decide the proportion of profit to reinvest versus distribute to shareholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Agricultural Management or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in agribusiness, manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain or logistics.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax compliance and financial analysis.
