Associate Principal, Investment Advisory

About the role

The Associate Principal, Investment Advisory will lead the execution of the strategic agenda for Investment Advisory, driving growth, market share and profitability for Investment Services. The role provides senior investment advice to clients and relationship managers, ensuring the bank’s share of client wallet expands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to acquire, retain and grow the target customer base.
• Provide tailored investment solutions across product lines such as foreign exchange, managed investments, insurance, wealth overdrafts and fixed income.
• Analyse client portfolios, identify cross‑selling opportunities and ensure maximum profitability.
• Lead the Investment Advisory team, monitor performance and drive a high‑quality customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk and operational policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in investment advisory or wealth management.
• Strong client‑facing skills with ability to build and deepen relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, relationship managers and other banking stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of foreign exchange, managed investments, insurance, wealth overdrafts and fixed income products.
• Portfolio analysis and investment strategy formulation.
