Field Sales Representative – FMCG / Packaged Food

About the role

Softroleum Kingsmen Foods is seeking a confident and disciplined Field Sales Representative to expand the distribution of its packaged food products across Lagos and surrounding trade routes. You will visit provision stores, mini‑marts, open‑market sellers, schools, canteens and small distributors, presenting the product story and driving repeat orders.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned sales routes daily to prospect, open, and manage retail accounts.
• Introduce Kingsmen products, explain the carrot and soy positioning, and take orders.
• Monitor product visibility, support market activation activities such as tastings, and collect competitor pricing information.
• Follow up on deliveries, payment collection, and resolve basic customer complaints.
• Record daily visits, orders, payments, feedback and protect sales materials.
• Work with the team to achieve weekly sales and outlet growth targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FMCG, food product sales, retail or field sales is preferred.
• Comfortable walking markets and visiting many shops daily.
• Persuasive, polite and confident when speaking with retailers.
• Honest, reliable and able to submit accurate daily reports using WhatsApp and basic mobile apps.
• Good knowledge of Lagos trade routes is an advantage.

What we offer

• ₦140,000 monthly gross salary plus 1% commission on collected sales.
• Weekly transport stipend.
