Female Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic Female Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its sales and marketing functions in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Sales and Marketing team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market segments.
• Oversee marketing and sales of residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines and the company website.
• Coordinate paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, and online property listings.
• Analyse campaign data, prepare performance reports and optimise ROI.
• Organise property launches, exhibitions, open houses and roadshows.
• Prepare and manage the department’s budget and approve marketing materials.
• Negotiate and close high‑value property sales and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 48 months of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within real estate.
• Proven leadership experience managing a sales and marketing team.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
