Fashion Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Fashion Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing process for Bebe Style House in Lagos. You will ensure that collections are produced on time, within budget and to the brand’s quality standards while driving sustainability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and source fabrics, trims and other materials in line with design specifications and sustainability goals.
• Research, onboard and manage local and international suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing and delivery terms.
• Develop detailed production schedules, allocate resources and coordinate with design, merchandising and sales teams.
• Oversee the full manufacturing workflow from pattern making and sampling through cutting, sewing, finishing and packaging.
• Implement quality assurance checks, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with labor and ethical sourcing policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, and drive continuous process improvement using lean techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or apparel production management.
• Proven track record in supplier identification, negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve production issues quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
