Service Advisor & Operations Associate

About the role

The Service Advisor/Operations Associate will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle service journey, from intake to delivery. You will ensure smooth workshop operations, high customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer liaison, handling intake, estimates, approvals, updates, complaints, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate daily vehicle workflow, allocate jobs to technicians, and track progress to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround time, quality, and technician utilization.
• Identify opportunities to increase average ticket through recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Support parts procurement, inventory control, and accurate job costing, pricing, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicle release and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
• Lead daily team coordination, promoting accountability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service, workshop operations, or service advising.
• Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers, targets, and performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
