Factory Worker

About the role

The factory worker will support daily production activities at our Lagos facility, ensuring products are processed, packaged and labelled to meet quality standards. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position that involves hands‑on work on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in production, processing, packaging and labelling of goods.
• Operate production machines and equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Sort, inspect and package finished products for distribution.
• Inspect raw materials and finished items for defects and report issues.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, and move materials safely within the factory.
• Support inventory counts and maintain organized storage of materials.
• Keep the work area clean and adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Wear required PPE and report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Participate in shift meetings, training sessions and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other production‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, standing and repetitive work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
