About the role
Bibby Crest is seeking a Production Engineer to lead daily production cycles at its Lagos facility. The role involves coordinating line schedules, supervising machine operators, and ensuring that output meets strict quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production cycles, line schedules, and machine operators to achieve target output and quality standards.
- Monitor raw material utilization, minimize downtime, and reduce operational waste.
- Conduct regular process audits, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and enforce factory safety protocols.
- Collaborate with quality and technical teams to troubleshoot production delays or equipment failures.
- Maintain complete daily batch records, production yields, and downtime logging reports.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant production engineering experience.
- A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
