Executive Search Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for fast‑growing technology companies. Based in Nigeria and working fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end executive search process, partnering with hiring leaders across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute search strategies, source and engage passive senior and C‑suite candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure a structured interview process.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire and candidate experience, and maintain data quality in the ATS.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven track record of closing Director, VP or C‑suite roles in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for technology‑focused sectors such as SaaS, fintech, marketplaces or gaming.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
