Executive Assistant (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of CCEP Enterprises, a banking and finance organization based in Lagos. The role involves managing high‑level administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for executives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to a high professional standard.
• Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and liaise with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Handle procurement requests, expense reporting and budget documentation.
• Conduct research, summarise findings and provide briefings as required.
• Maintain confidential records and information with absolute integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive or senior administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Practical knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot.
