About the role
We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director at Zotmann International Limited in Lagos. The role involves handling both official and personal tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors.
- Coordinate personal and official errands as required.
Required profile
- 3–4 years’ experience as a personal or executive assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Professional, discreet, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to Lekki, Lagos.
