About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. This on‑site role in Abuja involves managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and a wide range of administrative duties while coordinating with internal teams, household staff, and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise the CEO’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure follow‑up actions are tracked.
- Handle correspondence, documentation and confidential information with discretion.
- Track cross‑functional tasks, monitor progress and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support property and household operations, liaising with staff and service providers.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects, reporting and executive presentations as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as an executive or senior personal assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
