Estate Surveyor & Valuer (Ajah/Lekki)

About the role

We are a leading firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Nigeria, seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join our dynamic real‑estate team in Lekki, Lagos. The role involves delivering expert property valuation, management, and advisory services across residential, commercial and industrial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial and industrial assets in line with NIESV/ESVARBON standards.
• Prepare clear, data‑driven valuation reports, feasibility studies and market analysis documents.
• Carry out physical property inspections, due diligence and data collection for accurate assessments.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, sales strategies, leasing terms and portfolio optimisation.
• Support end‑to‑end property management activities, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination and documentation.
• Monitor real‑estate trends, regulatory updates and market dynamics in Lekki, Lagos Island and broader Nigeria.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, agents, legal teams and government agencies while ensuring compliance with Nigerian property laws and professional ethics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property valuation or related real‑estate consultancy.
• Familiarity with NIESV/ESVARBON valuation standards and Nigerian property regulations.
• Strong analytical and report‑writing abilities.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and perform due‑diligence activities.
