Employer Engagement & Partnerships Lead

About the role

The Employer Engagement & Partnerships Lead will design and execute a strategy to connect programme beneficiaries with employment, internship and apprenticeship opportunities across the BPO ecosystem. Reporting to programme management, you will act as the primary liaison between employers, industry bodies and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive employer engagement and partnership strategy.
• Identify, approach and secure long‑term collaborations with employers, industry associations, government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Conduct labour‑market research to pinpoint employer needs and emerging job trends.
• Negotiate, sign and manage MOUs and partnership agreements that align with programme objectives.
• Maintain a robust employer pipeline and nurture existing relationships.
• Oversee the employer CRM system, tracking engagements, hiring commitments and placement outcomes.
• Organise job fairs, recruitment drives, networking events and information sessions.
• Coordinate with recruitment, training and career services teams to match employer demand with participant skills.
• Prepare regular partnership, engagement and placement reports for management and donors.
• Ensure all activities comply with donor requirements, safeguarding standards and organisational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in employer engagement, partnership development or talent acquisition, preferably within the BPO or related sectors.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic relationships.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret labour‑market data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Ability to draft and manage MOUs and partnership contracts.
• Project management and event coordination expertise.
