HR Learning & Performance Manager

About the role

Laiedon Innovations is seeking an HR Learning & Performance Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee capabilities across the organization. You will lead onboarding initiatives, track performance metrics, and ensure learning aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs for various roles across the organization.
• Design curriculum, training materials (slides, manuals, handouts, videos), assessments and other learning resources.
• Develop and manage standardized onboarding programs for internal and client teams.
• Facilitate virtual or in‑person training sessions for employees at all levels.
• Develop, track, and manage KPIs and performance metrics, supporting employee evaluations and improvement plans.
• Use performance data to identify training needs and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance data.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and organizational needs.
• Support the development of certification or recognition programs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date on best practices in learning & development, HR, soft skills, and professional training.
• Recommend innovative approaches, tools, and frameworks for organizational learning.

Required profile

• A minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, industrial relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning & development, HR training, or organizational development.
• Experience designing training programs for multiple roles, including blue‑collar and professional staff, is an advantage.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills, with the ability to create programs from scratch for diverse roles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for virtual and in‑person delivery.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage training programs, records, and performance data effectively.
