About the role
The Electrical Technician will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems and equipment in the building’s common areas operate safely and efficiently. This full‑time, on‑site role involves routine inspections, maintenance of generators, and prompt reporting of any faults.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily routine checks of all electrical appliances and fittings in common areas.
- Inspect and monitor the water treatment plant control panel.
- Carry out daily checks on generators and ensure generator sets are in good working condition.
- Record and report any defective equipment or electrical faults in common areas.
- Replace burnt-out bulbs and address minor electrical issues.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school certificate.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or professional experience in a related field.
- Proof of Trade Test Certificate.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to prepare and submit regular reports.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly net salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
