Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III

About the role

The Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III will support drilling and completion operations by developing and managing the Drill Team Quality Plan, ensuring QA/QC throughout well construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and steward the Drill Team Quality Plan, covering QA and QC functions for well construction.
• Oversee quality for equipment and services provided by Drilling Service Companies and Rig Contractors.
• Maintain data integrity of the quality event database.
• Provide training and mentoring to quality team members and drill team engineers.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for quality assurance within the drill team.

Required profile

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least 120 months (10 years) of oilfield‑related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance practices and industry standards (API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, ASNT, NACE).
• Experience in oilfield drilling and completions engineering or operations.
• Experience with rig equipment and related operations.
• Strong organizational and business writing abilities.
• Proficiency with standard computer software.
