About the role

The District Manager will lead sales and marketing activities for NEIMETH INT'L PHARMACEUTICALS across the assigned district. This role focuses on driving product demand, achieving sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships in the pharmaceutical market.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all sales and marketing activities within the district.
  • Increase demand for the company’s pharmaceutical products.
  • Negotiate with key accounts to secure favorable terms.
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets by leading the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • 3‑5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people‑management abilities.
