Dispatch Rider

About the role

The Dispatch Rider will transport packages, documents and goods across Lagos, ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Working with Nasugo’s internal mobile app, you will be the front‑line representative of the company, interacting with clients and handling delivery issues.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items from Ajao Estate to client locations throughout Lagos.
• Use smartphones and GPS navigation apps to plan efficient routes and avoid traffic.
• Update delivery status in real‑time via Nasugo’s mobile application.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve delivery disputes professionally.
• Conduct daily motorcycle inspections, keep the vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, client signatures and operational expenses.

Required profile

• Valid National Driver’s License (Class A – Motorcycle) and Lagos State Rider’s Card.
• 1 – 24 months of proven experience as a dispatch or delivery rider in Lagos.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in basic English.
• Excellent knowledge of Ajao Estate, mainland shortcuts and Lagos traffic regulations.
• No history of serious traffic accidents or criminal offenses.
