Dispatch Rider

About the role

The Dispatch Rider will support BlueCoral Healthcare Services by delivering items, documents and packages to customers across Lagos. The role involves both indoor and outdoor deliveries, ensuring timely and safe receipt of goods while maintaining clear communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Inform customers about item availability, shipment dates, methods and current status.
• Verify delivery addresses by contacting customers before dispatch.
• Pick up items from the warehouse and deliver them safely and on time.
• Collect payment for purchased items at the point of delivery.
• Handle official documents, materials, packages and bulky items as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and arrange transportation for outgoing items.

Required profile

• Secondary School Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
• At least one month of proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with local routes in Lagos and a genuine enjoyment of motorcycling.
• Strong communication, reading and writing abilities.
• Organizational, multitasking and pressure‑handling skills.
• Good numeracy for handling delivery receipts and expense records.
• Polite demeanor and ability to get along with people.
