Logistics Technical Trainee

About the role

The Logistics Technical Trainee program is a 12‑month immersive experience designed to build deep expertise in distribution, warehousing and inventory management. Participants rotate through four‑month cycles, gaining hands‑on exposure to logistics operations, projects and senior leadership while following the 70‑20‑10 learning model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng or HND) or equivalent.
• Up to 3 years of full‑time professional experience.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Ambitious, bold, curious and results‑driven.
• Strong sense of ownership and desire to make an impact.
