Direct Sales Agent – Lagos & Abuja

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to promote our digital financial products in Lagos and Abuja. The role involves generating new leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling and digital marketing.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product‑related queries.
• Maintain schedules, track leads, record sales and submit regular reports.
• Gather customer feedback to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on product information and market trends.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing or customer acquisition experience, preferably in finance or credit.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building skills.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is a plus.
