Direct Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to promote our financial products and services to prospective customers in Lagos. You will work on the front line, generating new business and building lasting relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers to market the institution's financial offerings.
• Generate new business through direct sales, referrals and approved marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Explain product features, benefits and eligibility requirements clearly.
• Assist customers in completing account‑opening or product application processes accurately.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies, regulatory requirements and ethical sales practices.

Required profile

• Maximum age of 30 years at onboarding.
• Minimum academic qualification of Second Class Lower (2:2) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
