Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

GestPoint Nigeria Limited is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads for its real‑estate portfolio. You will work closely with sales and media teams to design and execute data‑driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Maintain and grow engagement on the company’s social media channels.
• Produce compelling marketing assets such as graphics, videos, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic reach.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Implement lead‑nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Media teams to design campaigns that drive property sales.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical, creative, and problem‑solving mindset.
