Customer Service & Tele Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Tele Sales Representative to join our Lagos office. You will be the first point of contact for leads, guiding them through our product range, distributor packages, and training programs. The role combines proactive outreach with attentive follow‑up to turn inquiries into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly attend to all assigned leads via phone, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.
• Call, message, and follow up with customers until conversion.
• Convert leads into buyers for products, distributor and stockist packages, contract manufacturing, and training programs.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers clearly.
• Handle objections professionally and follow approved sales scripts.
• Update sales status for every lead and ensure no lead is abandoned.
• Report daily sales activities to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• OND in a related field; sales or customer service certification is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service.
• Experience with online sales or WhatsApp selling is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and result‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Basic CRM or record‑keeping skills.
