Customer Service Officer – Laundry Services

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will be the primary point of contact for clients of C&I Global Limited’s laundry services. You will handle inquiries, process orders, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Provide information on laundry services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Accurately record orders, prepare invoices, and tag garments to prevent loss.
• Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery, communicating any changes to customers.
• Receive, investigate, and resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Follow up with customers after service to encourage repeat business and maintain a customer database.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and additional services such as dry‑cleaning or express delivery.
• Maintain accurate service logs and generate regular reports on complaints and performance.

Required profile

• HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Entry‑level candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
