About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to join our team in Marina, Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, delivering excellent service while driving sales and supporting daily outlet operations.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to walk‑in customers and provide excellent service
- Drive sales and upsell products
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure proper display and presentation of products
- Support daily outlet operations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets
Required profile
- Minimum of an HND
- Completed NYSC or exempted
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales‑driven with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Smart, presentable, and proactive
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
