About the role
We are looking for a Customer Engagement (Telesales) Personnel to join Husk Power Systems in Abuja. The role supports customer operations, handles complaints and monitors portfolio performance for our mini‑grid business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end customer complaint tracking, escalation and closure, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Technical Operations and Commercial teams to resolve service‑related issues.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance metrics such as collections, active customers, disconnections and retention.
- Identify under‑performing sites or customer segments and assist in corrective actions.
- Support revenue and collections activities, follow up on delinquent accounts and aid recovery efforts.
- Prepare regular performance and complaint analysis reports for management review.
Required profile
- Strong coordination abilities with technical, commercial and field operations teams.
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service environments.
- Attention to detail for accurate logging and categorisation of complaints.
- Ability to track and analyse operational and commercial metrics.
