About the role
Alusoft Technologies is seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition & Partnership Manager to drive the adoption of its EdTech platform across secondary schools in Nigeria. You will lead the end‑to‑end sales process, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate outreach programmes to expand the user base.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage secondary schools, guiding them from initial conversation to signed agreements and active accounts.
- Develop and manage partnerships with school networks, corporate partners, NGOs, and government education bodies.
- Execute field activations and the Tech Talk school entry programme in target cities.
- Maintain the full sales pipeline, ensure CRM discipline, track deals, and provide weekly reports to leadership.
- Negotiate and close revenue‑generating deals across Alusoft’s product portfolio.
- Coordinate volunteers and corps members for school outreach across multiple states.
- Design and run digital acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and measure ROI.
- Represent Alusoft at education sector events and with institutional stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition within EdTech, SaaS, or fintech.
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets, with quantifiable results.
- Experience managing partnerships and distribution channels.
- Strong field sales experience and excellent written communication skills.
