Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will drive new business growth by acquiring SME clients across manufacturing, fintech and professional services. You will manage the full B2B sales cycle and build lasting relationships with C‑suite decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire SME clients in target sectors.
• Manage end‑to‑end B2B sales process: lead generation, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, contract closure and account handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, CEOs and heads of HR, delivering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals and KPIs through pipeline management and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B SME sales experience with at least 80% self‑generated revenue.
• Proven track record of delivering 90‑130% of prospect targets for three consecutive years.
• Managed a defined geographic and sectoral territory and own a pipeline worth over NGN 500 million.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian SME market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach platforms.
• Strong analytics tools usage for data‑driven decision making.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary of NGN 800,000.
• Variable commission up to NGN 21,000,000.
• Total on‑target earnings of NGN 30,000,000 annually.
