Corporate Communications Officer

About the role

The Corporate Communications Officer will support senior leadership in designing and executing communication strategies that drive the company’s objectives. You will create a variety of internal and external communication materials while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to plan and implement communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Draft newsletters, press releases, announcements and other written content for diverse audiences.
• Produce and update visual and multimedia content for intranet, website and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers or external agencies to develop engaging communication assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, coordinate interviews and handle media inquiries.
• Monitor media coverage, flag reputational risks and identify visibility opportunities.
• Manage internal communication channels, gather feedback and improve effectiveness.
• Support stakeholder events, conferences and community outreach communications.
• Track stakeholder feedback and escalate concerns to senior management when needed.
• Contribute to crisis communication plans and assist in drafting public statements or internal notices.
• Ensure all materials adhere to branding guidelines and messaging standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Proven ability to manage media relations and craft effective communication strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and support senior leaders.
