Conversational & Linguistic Analyst (Chatbot)

About the role

Vennote Technologies is looking for a Conversational and Linguistic Analyst to shape the next generation of chatbot experiences. You will work in a hybrid environment alongside solution architects, NLP engineers, and developers to create engaging, brand‑aligned dialogues for multi‑channel user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine conversational flows for chatbots across phone, web, and mobile platforms.
• Create clear, informative responses that match the brand’s tone and personality.
• Conduct user research to identify needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base that powers accurate chatbot answers.
• Collaborate with NLP experts to improve natural language understanding and machine‑learning models.
• Test, evaluate, and optimise chatbot performance, addressing any issues in real time.

• Passion for conversational AI and a strong understanding of human communication.
