About the role
This is a full-time position based in Lagos. Make outbound tele‑sales calls to market the company's products and handle inbound calls to resolve service issues for sold solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound tele‑sales calls to promote company products.
- Answer inbound calls and address service‑related issues for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:2 classification).
