The client is a well‑established Nigerian oil and gas HSE services company seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Manager to act as a strategic business partner. This senior role goes beyond traditional accounting, focusing on financial insight, governance, cash‑flow optimisation and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and statutory compliance.
• Optimise cash flow, working capital and treasury management.
• Build efficient payroll processes and ensure statutory obligations are met.
• Leverage Zoho Finance to improve visibility, reporting and automation.
• Partner with business leaders to drive profitability and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a finance function and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
