Client Experience Officer

About the role

The Client Experience Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and walk‑in requests with clear, empathetic solutions.
• Take ownership of client problems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns to internal teams.
• Design and distribute surveys, review client feedback, and prepare reports to measure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and foster long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a clinic is preferred.
• Cheerful demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical record systems.
• Experience using CRM systems for client interaction tracking.
