Cinematographer – Real Estate Video Production

About the role

The Cinematographer will create high-quality video content that showcases King Bell Homes’ residential projects. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you will capture property walkthroughs, drone aerials and lifestyle footage for use across social media, websites and advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit property walkthroughs, drone footage and lifestyle videos for ongoing and completed developments.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting kits, gimbals and drones on-site, ensuring optimal composition and lighting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video output with campaign calendars and brand standards.
• Scout locations, assess lighting conditions and set up equipment before each shoot.
• Maintain and manage all video-production gear, including regular equipment checks and firmware updates.
• Deliver final edited videos ready for social media, website and paid-media placements, or hand off to an external editor.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Film, Mass Communication or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Minimum 2 years of cinematography experience, preferably in real-estate, property or architectural video.
• Ability to travel across multiple Lagos locations and work on-site as required.
• Strong visual storytelling sense with an eye for composition, lighting and pacing.
• Portfolio or reel that showcases relevant work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional camera systems, gimbals and drone operation (drone licence a plus).
• Working knowledge of video-editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
