Chief of Staff to the Chairman

About the role

The Chief of Staff serves as the strategic advisor and operational lead to the Chairman, driving execution of key organizational priorities and ensuring effective communication across departments. This role maximizes the Chairman’s effectiveness by coordinating executive projects, preparing high‑level briefs, and managing stakeholder engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary advisor and liaison to the Chairman on strategic and operational matters.
• Coordinate, track, and drive execution of executive‑level projects and decisions across all departments.
• Prepare high‑level briefs, reports, and presentations for the Chairman and Board.
• Manage cross‑functional initiatives and ensure timely communication of executive decisions.
• Oversee the Chairman’s schedule, priorities, and stakeholder engagements.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Relevant degree; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of senior management, strategy or Chief of Staff experience.
• Prior experience in aviation or a large multi‑functional organization is a plus.
• Experience supporting Board‑level executives or C‑suite leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with high integrity.
