Chief Interface Officer – Strategic Business Development & Revenue Growth

About the role

A leading Nigerian commercial law firm is seeking a senior executive to drive business development, client acquisition and revenue growth. Reporting to the Lead Partner and Management Committee, the Chief Interface Officer will shape the firm’s market positioning and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and revenue growth strategy aligned with firm objectives.
• Lead corporate client acquisition, building and managing a strategic pipeline of high‑value prospects.
• Take direct accountability for achieving new‑client revenue targets and monitor performance against quarterly and annual goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients, overseeing key account management and retention.
• Lead the creation of pitches, proposals and strategic presentations to C‑suite executives and board members.
• Provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and enhance brand visibility through thought leadership and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in acquiring high‑value corporate clients and generating significant revenue.
• Experience interfacing with C‑suite executives, board members and institutional decision‑makers.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities to develop a high‑performing business development team.
