Card Product Designer

About the role

Renmoney is looking for a Card Product Designer to shape and enhance its debit and credit card portfolio. You will drive product innovation, define compelling value propositions, and ensure seamless customer experiences across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch innovative debit, credit, and premium card products, including rewards, benefits, and pricing models.
• Map and optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys from application to servicing, collaborating with UX/UI and digital teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to uncover trends and product opportunities.
• Work with technology, operations, compliance, and card‑scheme partners to bring new card solutions to market.
• Monitor product performance, analyse usage data, and recommend enhancements to boost adoption and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in card product management, digital banking, fintech or payments.
• Proven track record with debit or credit card products and a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as technology, operations and marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
